Nancy Salinas
My experience is derived from working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, college students, and typically developing children. M y competency areas include: assessment and treatment of challenging behaviors, Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI), and addressing exective function deficits.
I completed my masters degree in experimental psychology with an ABA concentration at the University of Texas Pan American. I completed my PhD in special education at Texas Tech University.
My philosophy of care is that all individuals, regardless of disability or level of impact, can learn! My goal is to improve their quality of life while taking into account the individual’s and their family’s perspective. I love working in this field because of the positive impact it has on people’s lives. It is extremely rewarding to implement strategies that work based on a science I feel passionate about.

Shawn Happe
I received a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. My behavior analytic practice has included working with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and mental illness.
Throughout my career I have collaborated with professionals from multiple disciplines. I have successfully coordinated care for children and adults with developmental and psychiatric disorders with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, Medical Doctors, and Psychiatrists. Most importantly, I have been able to effectively communicate with each specialty to develop treatment, modify plans, and achieve desired outcomes for clients.
My goal in my clinical practice is to help increase the quality of life for all the individuals that I work with. In order to achieve this, I value continuously evolving my knowledge base to be able to provide great care throughout a wide range of skills as needed for each individual.
